Guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing. Said just check in online. When I told him the website does not work for my phone and showed him the error page he still said there should be a check in button. Finally got him to call the Assistant Manager to come help. Took over an hour and they had to cancel my reservation and key it as a walk in. 10/10 would not use this site ever again even if I had to get a bigger truck

We had difficulty with mobile check in but the staff inside were more than helpful..both when picking up the truck and again when it was returned!
