The shop isn't staffed early in the morning even when in-person reservations have been requested days in advance. The online check-in process is non-existent in terms of accessing the keys needed to open the vehicle. The person who eventually showed up acted like it was my fault for not booking properly. He even tried to blame his cracked phone for his incompetence. On top of it all, I had already declined the insurance because we were only going a couple miles total moving a few large items. He tried to have me sign for the insurance anyway and then claimed that it was MY mistake: "it's easy not to notice you've checked the box". That's garbage because I have screenshots of my reservation receipts and online check-in invoice. On top of it, the windshield was filthy and hard to see out of, creating a safety hazard. The cargo box was unlocked all night and the utility dolly we rented was just sitting in there, ripe for the picking. I really can't say anything positive about the experience here. The 10' box truck was even parked on the edge where there was no accessible curb to safely drive out of. If I hadn't noticed this, I could have tipped the truck over and it would have been a disaster. Do not go here. This guy boasted about all the "extra money" he was making hosting the U-Haul trucks there. Go anywhere else if you don't want your time wasted and your intelligence insulted.

Samantha OIf you are renting for an early pick up make sure to make reservations during normal business hours! I thought this was a self serving/online process but we had to wait for the owner to come in to give us the keys and vehicle. Owner is friendly and we had no problems other than us booking the vehicle too late the night before.

Richard WWe did not receive our dolly and had to go on a wild goose chase to find one. We were told to go to a different location to pick it up and when we got there and waited in line for 30 minutes they told us they did not have one. We went to a different place and they gave one to us but charged us for it. Horrible experience overall
