Train staff on reserving equipment. Due to this office handling of this small need, we are canceling our move with U-Haul for July 25th to Texas. Staff not well versed on U-Haul policies. Couldn’t return equipment on Saturday so we had to be charged for the weekend and by then we had no help in getting it hooked up to our truck so we were charged another day plus all the daily insurance charges. This experience left a sour taste in our mouth toward U-Haul. We will contact to cancel our move today.
