It was a horrible experience! The store was using the truck to pick up furniture so I had to wait for them to get back to get the truck. They lied and said they were cleaning it and the cab & back were dirty. Additionally, the truck was in need of an alignment and I wasn’t made aware of this issue.

MICHAEL CThe truck is dirty, the dashboard says the right rear tire needs air, I think the sensor is useless and I also think that the people who rented this truck think the tires needed air, because they had too much air in a tire that only needs 40 or 45 of air, they were at 70 and 80, that can cause the tires to explode or get balls and explode. I think it is important to get that truck checked out properly.
Maria TPut in some furniture movers or dolly to move mattresses, also make sure they have gas when you rent them. Ours was on empty and we had to put in $40 .
