Location opened at 10am. Mobile pick up was available before they opened and I opted to do that. I went to the location and started the mobile pick up process on my phone and said to contact customer service. They said there was no equipment assigned and they can try to find another location or I can wait until they open. I waited until they opened. When I came back I went in inside and I told the lady what happened. She was very short, just handed me the key and said the trucks outside and to make sure everthing matches. She said there was a truck assigned. But how could I pick up the truck before they opened when she grabed the key from the fridge behind her? Then I asked her which truck was mine and she didn't know.I reserved the truck like 3 days in advance, enough time to get it ready for mobile pick up. No apology or anything.

Staff seemed disinterested and gave me the wrong information as to where the truck was located. The truck, while not extremely dirty was messy inside the cab with some trash on the seat and spill stains on the seats and floorboard. If the trash was left by the prior renter, then shame on Furniture & Mattress Discounters staff for not cleaning it up. If it was left by their staff, then double shame on them! U-Haul would be better served to find another business to sponsor their product.

When people pull into the area of the location. U-Haul trucks are invisible. You don't make it easy for us to find you.

It took 35 minutes to get the code for the lock on the back, and then another 10 minutes to get a dolly. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this location.

This location is not set up for Uhual rentals, staff was confused when I came in to pick up the rental. They had no equipment on site and would just send people to other locations.

Not my original choice of location for return. So not only did my pickup location get changed three times, my return location was as well. The staff at this location were great. Super smooth and easy drop off.

This location was really bad. The store itself was a mess and made for an unpleasant experience. There were 5+ staff members at the company but apparently only one was willing and able to help me. And even he was on the phone discussing a private matter while trying to also assist me. The entire experience felt really uncomfortable and I will not be renting from UHaul again if they try to move my pick up location to this spot again.

The number on the key doesn’t match the license plate. Also the U-Haul checklist link texted to me did not actually work.

It’s not that clear where to park and the key drop off isn’t that easy to find. Also, I got relocated to this location and it was much further than the one I was originally scheduled to go to, which made my gas bill quite a bit more.
