Not my original choice of location for return. So not only did my pickup location get changed three times, my return location was as well. The staff at this location were great. Super smooth and easy drop off.
TIMOTHY KThis location was really bad. The store itself was a mess and made for an unpleasant experience. There were 5+ staff members at the company but apparently only one was willing and able to help me. And even he was on the phone discussing a private matter while trying to also assist me. The entire experience felt really uncomfortable and I will not be renting from UHaul again if they try to move my pick up location to this spot again.

John SLOcation Didn't do paper work to accept truck into service. Extra over charged.
Bryce WThe number on the key doesn’t match the license plate. Also the U-Haul checklist link texted to me did not actually work.
Diana OIt’s not that clear where to park and the key drop off isn’t that easy to find. Also, I got relocated to this location and it was much further than the one I was originally scheduled to go to, which made my gas bill quite a bit more.
