If you haven’t been to this location, you need to check out the furniture store part of the business which includes various boutique type items. Great place and people!

TERRI KThey billed me for and extra day on both of my units even though I called and they were closing and told me to bring them back by 12 the next day. But I got charged. And they charge me for gas even though I returned it right where it was when I picked it up. The guy told me I could call where I rented from and maybe get my money back. Way to much trouble.

jay lFriendly help and customer service. We had a great experience. At time of rental pickup the uhaul app was extremely slow and challenging to use as a result of the app slowness. Facial recognition and id checks took 10 minutes per item and hung for long periods of time, It took 40minutes or more due to long pauses in the uhaul app to complete the checkin process.
Jason CEquipment was not accessible and caused me a lot of work to get a truck. Then I didn’t have a dolly or blankets but was charged for them with no way to close the contract without them. Caused me to miss a deadline on a pick up at a retailer which is now going to cost me delivery fees. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.
Brian CThe service was first class! Furniture Brat is a wonderful store. You must browse around and enjoy their well curated designs and furniture items. I loved it! U-Haul was perfect. Very Uhauly :-)) but the Furniture Store was an experience worth remembering. Great to meet you Mr.M.

Mark LHorrible experience here. There was a homeless guy sleeping in the cabin of the truck. The truck stank the entire day even with the windows down the whole time. The appliance dolly and furniture pads I ordered weren't in the cargo bay either. 100% will never do a rental through this location again.
Edward GA small complication with my need for a drive up tail gate, but U-haul found the right trailer for me and it worked out very well..the closer location to my home was very helpful and central scheduling found what I needed and contacted me quickly

JUSTICE SExtend the hours, and have tools available to help... Chain hook was too shallow for our receiver. A simple wrench or even pliers would've handled the issue.
ROBERT WRequested a pick-up spot closer to where I lived. Was very inconvenient. Was not the fault of Furniture Brat, but U-Haul.
Mark NThe Dolly and the blankets I rented were at another truck. Fortunately the U-Haul location was 100 meters from where I live so the service when I went back for them was excellent and resolved very quick
Luis BThe person who checked me in was rude and he over charged me for my rental. I went only next door to shuttle a person moving. I am contracted through Mayflower and United. I rent Uhaul trucks 3 to 6 times a month. This is wrong treatment that I received. Please handle that person that checked me in

Susan SThe U-Haul app was very glitchy this time around. It was very frustrating. I had to take my picture 15 times and it still wouldn’t accept even though it met all criteria. Had to contact customer support and was told to log out and back in. Then it worked. When attempting to pick up and return equipment I was kicked out of the app both times mid picture taking of vehicle. Then, the reservation just disappeared before completion. I had to hand the keys to an employee outside because I couldn’t finish the process.

Arnold AI arrived to not having any of the dollys i pre-ordered nor the blankets. called customer service who said they couldnt help me because they lived in a differernt city and just didnt know the area i was in so they wouldnt be much help. Then had to travel across ton to get the Dollys and blankets from the location on Power and Pecos...Which was amazing. Why operate a business and not even have your business open or prepare for your clients to have what they need. only go with Uhaul locations not these parking lots.

Madra MU haul has gone downhill. We were told that the vendor would be there at 6:30 AM.And they were not. It put us one hour and a half behind our schedule for moving. We will not use you all again!!!!

Karen OThe guys at the Furniture Brat were super-helpful! When we hooked up the trailer to my vehicle, the running lights didn't work, and instead of just sending me away to figure it out on my own, they actually helped me hunt down and fix the problem...a blown fuse. I've never had that kind of service at a U-Haul before. I would definitely recommend them to other renters!

Lloyd GOwner was nice enough during pick up. However, customer service rep on second day during drop off was aggressive, accusatory, rude when I dropped off the equipment (asked me if I was coherent when I picked up the equipment because I didn't know the name of the person who helped me the day before or if he was bald as if that is something that I care enough to pay attention to). Would not recommend this second person, especially to any single females.
Jennifer BLights on truck are not calibrated correctly. They basically pointed straight down and made night driving difficult.

Chance MI only rent from the furniture brat. They are so very accommodating, quick and the trailers are always in perfect condition. They just make it so easy. I’ve been to other U-Haul places in the past and the furniture Brat is my go to now every time.!
