I was moved from Tuscaloosa Uhaul on Thursday June 19th to pick up in Vestavia Hills, AL on the 21st. I arrived there only to find out they moved me again 7 minutes before my 8:00 am arrival. They moved me to Eutaw, AL which was an hour and a half drive. Zero customer service skills by the manager. Rude was an understatement. He threw a phone number across the counter at me and said I had to call customer service so I could figure it out. He wasn't going to assist me. He may have been there for 20 years but Uhaul has been doing a disservice to their customers having him manage that store. If I did my job with the attitude and lack of respect he has for his customers, I would be fired. I will never use Uhaul again - EVER! And I have used Uhaul many times in the past and my sister's business uses Uhaul when they have large delivery jobs in Atlanta. Never again - The manager said that he has this problem every weekend when equipment doesn't show up and he basically just turns away from the customer. I think you should look at your return process and reservations to ensure that there is no gap in the process and customers such as myself aren't left stranded and unable to move on that the day that everything was scheduled.
