My initial rental was moved locations, which was not a huge deal. However, when it was rebooked the rental hours were changed. It took a lengthy call to customer service to sort that out. Once we sorted that out, I connected to the trailer only to find the lights on the trailer weren't working and we needed to switch to a smaller trailer (the only other one they had). So, we had to reprocess all the paperwork again. It took 1.5 hours to work through all of that. I don't believe it was really the pick up locations fault though.

CHRISTOPHER H10's across the board...Great experience renting a U-haul truck from this location. .Jim and Rich were super nice and welcoming..Jim had great patience with me and answered all of my questions.He made sure,that everything matched with online reservation i.made week prior...Everything came out exactly as I reserved, with the equipment i needed for my move.After I finalized everything with Jim, I then wondered around the furniture store ,noticed they had a lot of nice stuff that was reasonably priced.I could tell that Rich is an expert and true professional....I absolutely recommend this location, because of those two gentlemen.
