Remove your uhauls from this location. They lied on my mileage and gas. There was no gas in the U-Haul and they are trying to over charge me. The people there wasn’t helpful didn’t come out to check the vehicle or the mileage before I left. This place is very unprofessional and I will not be paying for someone else move. I have photos from when I received the U-Haul but didn’t take any when I dropped it off I just simply let the man know that there wasn’t any gas in the U-Haul when I received it and he said he knows it’s ok but then try’s to charge me for the gas that was never there in the first place. The best advise I can give is to remove you items they are unprofessional and liars.

well the truck had items and debris in it that I had to clean out. The truck was on empty when I got it and I was overcharged by 4 times the amount of miles I drove. The guy who checked me in took 35 min to get into the system and had to call coworkers to get the password. It was a mess
Jamie HThe truck cabin was extremely dirty. The milage on the odometer was higher than on tbe contract emailed to me. The gas tank had less than 1/8 gas and the contract stated 1/4. I was overcharged for miles and gas (returned the truck with sluggtly less than a 1/4 tank). Took photograph both before and adter the rental and was promised to get the details adjusted, instead was charged 6 gallons of fuel extra. U-haul should shut down this location.

Jennifer Wthe miles on the receipt are wrong. When I picked up the truck I reported that the miles on the contract were wrong and they said they would updated and I would not be charged extra. I received the invoice and was charged 140 extra miles ($69.04) BUT I DIDN'T DRIVE THEM. This is absolutely iuncorrect!!!

Tina PThe location was not necessarily an issue. Actually contacting the U-haul staff at the location was not possible. When I received my confirmation 2 days prior to pick up the time was wrong. I tried for 2 days to reach them by phone. Twice someone answered then immediately hung up. When I picked up the U-Haul there was no U-Haul representative on-site and the staff on site could not reach anyone so they did not know which truck to give me given I had a one-way reservation. He eventually just picked one after not being able to reach anyone at U-haul for 15 minutes.
Dawn R- I received none of the equipment I paid for like furniture pads and dolleys. - The pickup instructions on the app do no match the system they have in place. For example the key was not in the lock box and I had to track a guy down that watched me try and find my key for 10 minutes. He then said oh I have the keys.
