I payed for 2 wheels dolly and I never got it also the back door and opening mechanism was frozen shut it took me forever to get in

JOSE OIncorrect fuel reading was provided in the contract. Contract shows fuel meter like 1/2 3/4 and so on however fuel meter in vehicle does not have same measurement method so obviously you cant validate small difference. So I was charged $19.50 for fuel. I just drove 27 miles and filled 4+ gallon still I was charged. I was asked to dispute this directly with u haul. Customer care did not pick call for an hour. Location address is misleading, door number is printed on door but door was open so I couldn't locate it and had to struggle for 20 mins.

STEVEN WThis location is obviously not a U-Haul store or storage vacility. This is a truck parts store. I asked if I could buy a paddlelock for the truck and was told "No. They didn't sell them." The person was friendly but not really interested in my renting the U-Haul truck.
JAMES HHave your people communicate proper return of equipment. I returned my truck same day ands I am now being charged a month later again another fee for another 4 days and didn’t have the truck for 4 days more. It was returned same day. The place I took back to is trying to say I didn’t return it. The guy at place does not understand English and is very disrespectful. Very unprofessional.

Vishal SU-HAUL is not honest. I parked my Van exactly within 24 hours and they still charged me for two days, bc I was unable to process the return due to complexity in using their app for return of the van. Horrible experience !

The app is crap. The video they show is years old and the current app doesn’t even look the same. Was told I would get 50 off and surprise they lied about that too. Awful experience. I will never use U-Haul again. Ever.

Ken LNothing to it. Reserved on-line and picked up truck at my scheduled time. I chose the In-Person option because I don't like to try and deal with issues through apps, messages and phone calls. The gentleman at the window was very personable and helpful. Paperwork was ready, truck was ready. When I returned the van (this was an In Town rental), there's was no excessive wait time for Check-In. The same gentleman inspected the vehicle, took pics, recorded mileage, handed me the receipt and I was done. Very quick process, very clean truck.

Heather DAbsolutely AWFUL experience when it came to payment. It would be nice to be told the complete process of returning the truck instead of just just being told to put the key in the box. So no I will never use Uhaul again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I guess that’s an easy way to make $20 off a customer!!

NATHANIEL WI can honestly say that this was the single worst experience I have ever had with renting a vehicle. Our reservation had nothing but technical problems from the moment we tried reserving and though ALL customer support staff was kind and treated us with respect there was virtually nothing done to help us out. Their website crashed more than once, the mobile app never showed any order or vehicle information and was completely irrelevant. The process for their Mobile Pickup process is not smooth at all. They promise all you need is your driver's license and a fully charged phone, but in fact half-way through the process you have to provide two different contact's phone number to which they actually make live calls to verify you before you can get the keys to the vehicle. It took 3 hours to get through this process because if they can not get a hold of either of your contacts the pick-up process is completely halted. Worse, there is no way to know that that this is even happening. Much of those 3 hours was spent on hold with customer support. I will say this again, their customer support staff was very friendly and professional. No complaints with (the very many) people I spoke to over this ordeal. The next day, when I called to extend the move, I was informed that there was a system glitch and my reservation was cancelled and I should never have received the keys to the vehicle to begin with. wooops. Support told me that if I was stopped by the police the U-Haul vehicle would show up as stolen and I could be arrested. This is no joke. At least they were able to quickly resolve that problem once they were aware. The main problem here is that we were receiving notifications from U-Haul (texts, emails, etc) about our reservation and everything else looked correct. However, we never received a contract. There was no way we could have known that. Finally, trying to drop off my vehicle was another matter that somehow also was a complete nightmare. We had reserved a vehicle for a one-way move, but little did we know that during one of the web-site crash occurrences our reservation was not flagged for one-way and we ended up receiving a vehicle that is not allowed to be driven one-way. Since there is no indication of what your drop off procedure will be ahead of time or any other information about your contract we had no idea there was going to be a problem with drop off at the end of our move. Again we were on the phone with support trying to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, nobody was willing to help us work through this problem. We spoke to 3 different 'manager' level people and a slew of other staff none of which could offer help. Dropping off at a wrong location incurs a lot of fees. Nobody was willing to waive them or even meet us half-way. Keep in mind...we are being CHARGED FOR THEIR SYSTEM FAILURE. An admission made by U-Haul employed managers that they acknowledged a system failure and yet we were still be charged for the error. Un-F-ING-believable. Relating specifically to G Hub Transport Corp, U-Haul told us that the manager at this location was the only one to help us with our drop-off problem. However, when we called the office (after receiving an incorrect phone number initially) the manager told us that it was out of their hands and that we'd have to talk to U-Haul corporate to settle the matter. The old classic run-around. Thanks G-Hub. All in all...I'd rather go through the agonizing and wasteful process of purchasing a used utility van rather than use U-Haul again for anything. Based on my experience I would imagine that even trying to buy a simple cardboard box from their store would ruin my weekend.

WILLIAM OThe pad lock did not work. I had to buy one at Home Depot. You owe me $10. There was NO windshield washer in the vehicle. Last, some idiot parked in the area where rental equipment belongs making it very difficult to return a vehicle. The return process was a pain in the a$$ as a result of the snow and limited space in the parking lot.
