The pick up location was a fenced in stairwell with an office above. This is not a uhaul center and should never have qualified for a uhaul center. The person that showed up late could not get in the office so I was left outside waiting for he to get her compter out of her car. She returned with her compter and could not get it to work. After a while she tried her phone and some how we were able to do the contract on her phone. I think she did not pay her office rent and they locked her out. My rental was supposed to have 12 blankets and NONE where in the truck. The truck had a brake shutter and I was concerned during my entire trip. This offoce was about a mile away from a major Uhaul center and they could not help me because they said this renatl had to go through this neighborhood store even though I did not rent with the neighborhood store.my next rental will not be with UHaul.

Difficult to find
COLE LThe renter sent their mother to process our request for a truck and it took and hour and a half. There was no equipment at that location so we had to go to another place for equipment.

FELIX AAbsolutely would not rent from this location again. Office is hard to find. Agent was unable to use her laptop and had to check me in using smartphone. This proved to be very difficult for her. I had to repeat many of the questions already submitted in the online check-in. I spent 47 minutes at this location we should have been just a quick pick up. The agent was also providing daycare for an infant and a sick toddler, which made the overall experience for uncomfortable for me.
