I made a reservation for 5:30 PM and the location supposed to be closed at 10 PM and I get there at 5:50 PM . no one was there to help me. I call customer service and customer service Call the location and the guy told her that his manager is not around and they cannot help me Even the van I request for was not available. The customer service have to switch me to another van and it takes me two hours before I can get the truck by the time I get to where I supposed to pick up the stuff the place was closed . so I end up paying for the van for nothing
RASHIDA JWhen I pulled up, a group of day laborers tried to open the doors to the truck and were banging on the sides of it. It was pretty surprising. Once I told them I didn’t have work for them they left me alone but it was pretty unsettling at first. The location was entirely self service which is fine. The app works great. But there was no information about where to put the truck or anything. The guy manning the register just told me to use the app and that was it.

TOUCH LThis is my best place to go I do recommend to anyone to make a reservation at this location 7638 LITTLE RIVER TPKE, ANNANDALE, VA 22003 on line even if they send you to Alexandria saying Annandale area don’t have a truck they lied to you I tried twice on line because I knew they do have a truck ready for me when I did talk to the person in charge the Uhaul in Annandale immediately answered yes I do have the truck . I do appreciate the service the attendant provided to his costumers thanks for a great job Congratulations Sincerely Ruby Medina
RUBY MIt's a self-service Uhaul but very helpful when you need assistance.

Michael OVan had to be defrosted and after the defrost, I use the wiper to clear the windshield at location of pick up and as I had drove away and made my way towards the south Richmond and cut, there was a hairline crack. No rock came at me or anything, it appeared right there on the windshield after I had cleared the windshield from the defrost. The person that had inspected the vehicle did a fast check and didn’t thoroughly check the vehicle itself enough. No, I would never recommend this location or company to anyone, not even my family!!! This was a horrible first experience! Do not come to this place, they will charge you the damages that you did not cause or do. They make you pay for someone else damages and that is WRONG!
Bailey FI had to wait an hour to pick up my reserved vehicle. As the previous renter returned the vehicle damaged and they had no backup plan. Additionally the insurance I bought cost $30 and not $15 and they couldn’t tell me why.

DOMINICK JThe customer service at this location is bad. He did not want to help customers to check in and out. He asked me to check out by my self when he was at the office.
KEVIN PThis location was terrible. I have never been to a U-Haul pickup location quite as disorganized and unhelpful as this one. The individual at the desk did not even want to help me check in for the U-Haul even though I had selected to do pickup at the counter. I also never received the dolly on my order because the individual was rushing too much to get me out of the store. Honestly, my experience was bad enough to where I may switch truck rental companies next time I need one.
Jordan NAt first the truck I was assigned online was blocked in by a van. I had to go into the Sunoco station and ask about it, after a phone call and a few minutes they were able to help me get the other vehicle out of the way. When returning the truck, staff were there to back it into the lot for me, that would have been a tricky maneuver to attempt on my own.

Nikola TNo employee knew what was going on. We made a reservation for a UHaul pickup at a different location, but got sent to this one because the first location didn't have the truck. Okay, no big deal, they have that in the fine print. But we got to this second location (gas station) and none of the employees seemed to know what was going on. At least an hour later, someone finally drove over with the key to the truck. Meanwhile, we had family members waiting around to help us move. It shouldn't have been this difficult for a simple rental.
