Jazmyn Mi was charged $40 more than my contract stated. Could not get in contact with anyone to explain to me why this happen.
Tredrian FPick up location changed without notification. Learned of it when we arrived at original location. It put us an hour behind schedule. Gerald at GM Automotive, the new location was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were not offered any refund or credit fromm U Haul. No communication from U Haul.

BRAD AI am not a fan of using this location. I only use them because they often have a truck when no other location does. Unfortunately, the trucks are poorly maintained. This last visit I spent $30 on gas to go less than 80 miles. I have had instances where the truck gear gauge was missing and other maintenance issues. I also received a call stating the truck had not been returned and it was returned 2 day prior.

Germaine HThe light skinned chubby guy was extremely rude. The only thing you can do to improve this matter is fire him! I tried to get a truck and got upset and real rude because I wanted to drop the truck off at a random location. I told him i have personal stuff going on and I just want kind energy, and after that he rudely said “we all have stuff going on” but what he didn’t know was later that day I was going to pick up my daughter’s remains from the funeral home. I’m moving because I lost my daughter in my home. I was trying to be strong but that one rude moment allowed all of my emotions to run high and I had a breakdown. If he was a little kinder I would have been a little happier
LINDSEY BI reserved a truck literally around the corner from my home. Someone at Uhaul changed my reservation without notifying me AND after I attempted to correct this I had to take a truck on the opposite end of the city in a location that is a high crime area at night! A discount should have been applied for the sheer inconvenience.

reginald MStill have not received my deposit back! Have called twice to speak about it. The person who operates this location is rude and refuses to issue our deposit back to me. He claims U-Haul has sent a check but we've not received one so far. The emailed receipt from Uhaul shows it was paid on the day equipment was returned, but this is not the case. In past experiences with U-Haul we received deposit back directly from the drop off location when equipment was dropped off, but it's been about 5 years prior to this rental that I had used Uhaul rentals last so perhaps deposit returns are done differently now?.... Long story short it would be nice if the personnel at Evangeline St Baton Rouge LA location were more helpful,and also if I could get my deposit back that'd be great.
