There was a technical issue with my original contract that required the employee at GM Food Mart to cancel my original contract. This was done after completing several calls to a U-HAUL regional manager. However, after several attempts of the regional manager not picking-up the phone, the store employee canceled my contract and would have resulted in a $150-$200 increase from my original quote. However, after speaking with a phone representative (great customer service/no wait on the phone) we were able to get my original contract reinstated and approved by GM Food Mart. Lastly, I ordered moving blankets and they were unavailable this would have been helpful to have during my move.

WARREN HMake sure you let customers know at time of reservation that reservation doesn’t mean anything. Couldn’t pick up at preferred town. This pick up was 25 miles out of my way. Rest Ed truck was not there, a larger, unacceptable one was there.
