Customer service quality is essential to a company's reputation, and negative experiences can have significant impacts. It is hoped that this feedback will be addressed seriously, and essential changes will be made to enhance customer experience across U-Haul locations. The actions of a few individuals should not adversely affect the overall image of a company capable of delivering valuable services to its customers.

BRANDON MWorker at the facility was helpful and polite. Truck was a disaster, cab was dirty with boxes on seats and floor, no air conditioning, no windshield washer fluid. It's South Florida and I think some of the cost should be refunded since I rented a truck with air conditioning and instead had to drive 4 hours sweating and unable to hear the radio with the windows open and a dirty windshield!!!

GERY RThe truck was in a bad state, super dangerous, had no brake and the tire behind the driver was broken, the drivers of other cars approach me to tell me that the truck was extremely dangerous, that experience more dangerous, the other girl who works there told the gentleman that the truck was in poor condition and he said that it was okay, I asked him if the truck was working and he told me that if horrible the dangerous experience made him more gasoline because I did not realize. So I also lost money. the number of the truck is 6674 h, I hope that truck will not use it anymore

Manuel EContrac 19104436. I returned the truck about 5 hours after with a full tank, and they had the audacity of charging 1.9 gallons of gasoline (almost 10.00) to my credit card, I even gave the picture of the full tank to prove it.

RAFAEL LI’ve used u haul services several times, it’s a great option but staff in this place must be more professional be kind with customers and learn basic communication skills . Everyone deserves respect and attention when requesting a paid service. It would be a pity to hurt the u haul company prestige for not following the rules when interacting with clients.

Miguel HThe posted hours of operations is up to 7:00 pm , my pick up was scheduled for 6:45 pm . I called earlier to see if I was able to pick up the truck before, I was told that that was fine and I got there a 6:00 pm and the office was already closed and there was no one which is when all the issues began. I had to use mobile checking which was a terrible experience and process. First issue I had was having to take a picture of my driver license in a extremely dark ally resulting on many attempts of retaking the photo , it was blurry all the time. Due to very poor visibility it was also very difficult to input the code to unlock and get the key. The truck was in poor conditions, very dirty inside. Then I was charged more that expected. Overall very bad experience
