There was a man and woman at the location, they were pleasant and helpful for the return. hey said same thing we were told on phone U-Haul cs that U-Haul computers system is down thus return etc are difficult at the service locations. But they checked the equipment and odometer etc and were happy with everything. And said they'll complete the return as soon U-Haul computer systems become available. The return at this location went well with this staff, thankyou. But when I called the original pickup location, I got a cold shoulder. No one wanted to answer the phone, though they were open. I believe it was continuation of attitude being exhibited during the booking process, and the haggling there. The phone# provided for the return location when called said "this # is not assigned..." on phone U-Haul cs agreed the Pickup Location when I contacted for help locate possible return locations and how to return, should've been helpful.
Jawad DIf my rating was solely for customer service they would get 5 stars. They tried to start the milage lower than it was. Trucks not very well maintained mechanically, trucks should not rattle as bad as the one I rented did. Also trucks should not have check engine lights on while rented out. Not sure how I was charged a cleaning fee when I cleaned the damn thing before I dropped it off. Would I ever rent from this location again? I'd sooner suck a baseball through a garden hose. I'll probably check out their competition next time I move or need a large vehicle.

Vetujema KThis has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. Someone from U-Haul called me (I did not call them), and the conversation made no sense at all — what they said had nothing to do with my actual issue. On top of that, the person clearly didn’t understand what I was saying and made no effort to listen or communicate properly. No one at U-Haul seems willing to take responsibility. Everyone just pushes the issue around without resolving anything. Because of their internal confusion and lack of communication, I now have to pay extra and waste more of my time fixing a problem that they caused. This is completely unacceptable. I expected at least basic professionalism, but instead got poor attitude, disorganization, and no help at all. I sincerely hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously, because right now I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Katrina vU-Haul allows our items to be stolen and doesn't replace or compensate for the loss even when insured, they are prejudice, refusing to rent to me because of a bill my ex has with them. They are completely ignorant and unjustified and dishonest. I highly recommend you go to a different company as to not encourage such a prejudice, ignorant and deceitful, ill informed, pompous, and unjust business. Bad business. I have reported to BBB and am going to every public media site possible everywhere. Thanks U-Haul.

Moved my belongings from storage facility to my apartment and returned to location of pick up - I swept box out as I always do after unloading , truck was not washed but that doesn’t matter , just feel cleaning fee should have been discussed if mandatory thing
