Vetujema KThis has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. Someone from U-Haul called me (I did not call them), and the conversation made no sense at all — what they said had nothing to do with my actual issue. On top of that, the person clearly didn’t understand what I was saying and made no effort to listen or communicate properly. No one at U-Haul seems willing to take responsibility. Everyone just pushes the issue around without resolving anything. Because of their internal confusion and lack of communication, I now have to pay extra and waste more of my time fixing a problem that they caused. This is completely unacceptable. I expected at least basic professionalism, but instead got poor attitude, disorganization, and no help at all. I sincerely hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously, because right now I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Katrina vU-Haul allows our items to be stolen and doesn't replace or compensate for the loss even when insured, they are prejudice, refusing to rent to me because of a bill my ex has with them. They are completely ignorant and unjustified and dishonest. I highly recommend you go to a different company as to not encourage such a prejudice, ignorant and deceitful, ill informed, pompous, and unjust business. Bad business. I have reported to BBB and am going to every public media site possible everywhere. Thanks U-Haul.

Moved my belongings from storage facility to my apartment and returned to location of pick up - I swept box out as I always do after unloading , truck was not washed but that doesn’t matter , just feel cleaning fee should have been discussed if mandatory thing

Ismahan HThe girl who assisted me when picking up the truck was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly ! I was also very happy that she was able to hold the truck for a second day, as I was not sure if we would be able to finish moving in 1 day. Gave me peace of mind ! NOT FOR ADMINISTRATION The U-Haul receipt has an ERROR in the column Distance Rate. In my receipt it converted 43 miles into 27 Km ! Your software is calculating miles/1.6 while it should do miles x1.6 Currently, I could argue that, according to the receipt, my distance charge should be 27 km x $1.09 = $29.43, while I was charged $75.25
