We were charged for furniture pads and a dolly and did not get either one with our truck. The return process was not easy as the woman working the desk had no idea what she was doing. Overall everything worked out and we did end up having to keep the truck late but the pickup and return process could have been much smoother.

The bed was not swept out, and there were some items left in the cab, but it was acceptable. The staff was helpful and efficient and friendly.

Added an extra two hours of driving due to the false information and lack of communication. Will not recommend to anyone I know unless they’re able to talk to someone in person
