We reserved a regular dolly and moving blankets and got no moving blankets and a large furniture dolly. Service was good other than that. Also the small truck had no ramp which was very challenging and we weren’t aware of when renting.

Up front instructions (going into the location, which was a liquor store) would have been helpful, as I initially did not understand that and spent an inordinate amount of time struggling with the app check-in process.
