I rented a U-Haul truck that had very high mileage and the check engine light was on the entire time. Based on the sound and exhaust smell, it was most likely an exhaust manifold leak. A rental truck should be properly maintained and safe to drive, and this one clearly wasn’t. Very disappointed that this vehicle was put out for customers in this condition.

Diane PThe customer associate from the pick up location made the process very difficult for me. I came inside to inform him that I requested the uhual for pickup, but he acted as if he didn’t understand me or that he didn’t have the uhual keys. I had to call customer support and they told me to show him the reference number which I did, and he still did not understand. He called his nephew for assistance and I had to redo my U-Haul application again and that took up more time. He did not have the U-Haul app installed on his end so he never got any notification saying that I would be coming or not.He had a horrible attitude and so did his nephew who was on the phone. To sum it all up I came inside at 11am to pick up the U-Haul and left the pickup location at around 12:45. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
