The customer associate from the pick up location made the process very difficult for me. I came inside to inform him that I requested the uhual for pickup, but he acted as if he didn’t understand me or that he didn’t have the uhual keys. I had to call customer support and they told me to show him the reference number which I did, and he still did not understand. He called his nephew for assistance and I had to redo my U-Haul application again and that took up more time. He did not have the U-Haul app installed on his end so he never got any notification saying that I would be coming or not.He had a horrible attitude and so did his nephew who was on the phone. To sum it all up I came inside at 11am to pick up the U-Haul and left the pickup location at around 12:45. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
