Requested in advance my 2 boxes be brought out at 9am when movers arrive. Did not expect for us to be waiting for our boxes and ask multiple times when the boxes will be brought out. I ended up having to pay extra for my move for time that my movers had to wait at UHaul.

CUTBERTO MGive me a nearly empty truck with engine light on!!!!. WHEN I SAY EMPTY, it is really on the "E"!!!!! Truck won't go straight unless i turn my wheel 45 degree to the left. Engine goes to 4000 RPM with no reason, i was simply pressing break, then it just kick to 4000 RPM and stay at 4000 RPM for at least 5 minutes, I was about 30-40mph. HORRIBLE,I drove the MOST SCARY 80 MILES IN MY LIFE!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was an important event, I was transporting musical equipment for a competition, or else, I WON'T NOT HAVE TAKEN THE TRUCK!!! I rent uhaul almost every weekend for Oct and Nov, and I understand sometimes, I get an old truck. But this is just horrible!!!!!

TIMOTHY AI wish the local team can communicate earlier to confirm window period for the drop off. I understand that any specific request can’t be guaranteed but not knowing this window period just a night before is really not convenient.
