Reimburse me for the additional fuel I paid for out of pocket, as the truck when received was less than 1/4 tank full. I filled it up there and informed I would be reimbursed, then returned it full. If I was supposed to return it 1/4 full that was not told to me, I was told it needed to be returned 3/4 full, yet I received it 1/4 full.

GARY AThe staff at the store acted like I could not return the truck there despite U-Haul telling me to return it there and even told me at first they only do truck pick ups there. There was also not a clear area where I was supposed to park the truck for return. No signs or anything. It looked like I was just going to a regular gas station.
JOHN WTruck was dirty. Had someone’s toothpaste, jewelry, etc. left in it. Tried the check-in on the phone and the mileage was off so that took awhile to even get the truck. Transmission was not great but it worked. Drop off took awhile because the mileage thing electronically was messed up. Went to storage and code didn’t work. Supposed to get a lock and the guy said they were out and suggested we go to Walmart when the email clearly stated the lock was included.
