The guy who called me was great, but it's just not as nice as a staffed site

The return location was only an empty lot; had to wait 20 min to get the car off the dolly. So cleanliness was not applicable. The person (Matthew)who came from another dealer assisted with the removal of the car but also neglected to undo the chains under the carriage. He had to be reminded by my relative watching the process that the chains were still on the car which stalled the removal of the car OFF the dolly when I was reversing. I thanked Matt nevertheless. In the future, I would possibly recommend the location to a friend but not now.
