The whole process took over 2 hours which is ridiculous. Lots of back and fourth with U-Haul. First guy we spoke to knew little English and screwed up our reservation

DOUGLAS LThey didn’t have what I reserved and I asked about the $50 credit but she never applied it , she told me the dolly was to be returned at her location but my receipt says Ricks used tires so I need to know where to bring it back to I have email uhaul already and haven’t heard back .
