ADAM RWas charged for 2 days and we only used it for 1 day. Went I contacted them they said I would have to contact UHaul to get my refund. I feel like that was there job to contact them.
Barbara hWe returned the truck to the location after hours so used the UHaul phone app. While it should have been an easy experience, either the app was glitching or my phone was too hot from me standing in the 95 degree heat/sun too long with it trying to take pictures of the truck with the app. It took 20+ minutes to get all the required pictures through the app. And then it never confirmed that it had completed everything. No complaints with this location....just the app.

Merri DBecause we're in rural KS, it is understandable locations are smaller and typically combined with another business. With weather during this time of year, the trailer was no "clean" on the outside and there was some dust inside. But it's understandable since we just had rain/snow not to long ago.
