Honestly, I thought that we would have a full tank when we got it which I understand customers just drop them off, but that would’ve been nice. Overall the experience was great except for at the U-Haul place. I guess the lady that was supposed to be there, didn’t get there on time so when I got there, the place was locked up and I didn’t know if I was gonna be able to get my rental plus there was no rentals available in my size for the time that I needed to pick it up, which also kind of sucked.
