The guy seemed very confused. He was on a personal call when I came in and he kept talking like I wasn’t there. When I turned the U-Haul. I asked how would I receive my receipt. He was trying to figure it out on his phone. But he was so lost. So he never gave me a receipt. I have to call customer service in the morning to verify that what the final charges are.
