No problems in this area, I left 3 items in the box and called the shop and retrieved them the next day, overall 10 out of 10 thanks uhaul.

This was not my scheduled pick up location originally but the customer service here was exceptional! I highly recommended this location.Thank you for providing me fantastic service. * The original location in Northridge let me down last minute and were not very polite at all. Thank you to this location in Sylmar!

There was no sign for the business, I only detected that it was a Uhaul rental location because of the other Uhauls on the property. I was not offered a receipt or proof of return. I took pictures of the unit clean and dropped in the lot as proof. Thank you for the email confirmation of the return.

Equipment originally assigned was damaged and rejected. Substituted larger equipment at same price, didn't really want larger equipment but due to scheduling concerns had to take it. Was not told I had to do a walk around using on line service. No one spoke English at this location. Was not ready at appointment time.

Have someone who can speak English available and in person. Equipment had prior damage to right fender, pointed out to operator, and not noted on rental agreement. I took picture prior to using, showed at drop off, but didn't seem to matter.

Have everything ready for customer, instead of having them waiting for a long time. I realize it is New Year’s Day but it’s supposed to be open. Three mistakes were made from the beginning. 1. I was supposed to pick up the truck at the Arleta location and it was closed when they said it was open. 2.for that mistake they said I would get a $50 take off the bill and it didn’t happen. 3. When we picked up the truck the gas tank was at 1/16 not 1/4 and I turned it in with more gas then it had originally and they taxed me $27 and that’s not right. Please make it right. Tomorrow I will call and complain.

Trailer was ready when I arrived and tech hitched it up and helped accomplish all requirements. Was out the gate in about 15 min.

The truck was 2 hours late I had to wait to get it and I had just driven from northern California just to wait for 2 more hours I ordered a dolly and the location did not have any

Verbally warn people about extensive heat coming from engine in cab Cab gets so hot shoes were melting and a medicine bottle on the seats warped and melted even medication melted But truck ran beautifully
