Sandra APrevious customers were late bringing the truck back and it delayed my pickup time. Once leaving with the vehicle I noticed an empty orange juice bottle. Customer service was fine.

Jermaine GNo one showed up to help me at the original location. I was sent to a different one. The truck was filthy and there was a pool of urine on the floor on the passenger side. The staff though was really pleasant and helpful.

Christopher OTerrible experience. Rental was not ready on time, had to drive across town to get another smaller van. Took 3 hours to get the vehicle. Engine light was on the whole time, and driver door does not shut properly. Initially got billed for the 2nd day I needed since I got the rental so late. Ended up wasting 2 days of my time instead of just the 6 hours I needed if I had gotten the truck when I was supposed to.

Mercedes AI did not get the dollys but yet I was charged for them. I disputed the charge on UHaul but I’ve been charged for them. I’ll be notifying my credit card company to take care of this.
James WU-haul Merchant software - Make it Simple. Too many steps for the merchants when customer needs to rent the truck.
Wannetta WG&L location was fine and staff were friendly. My original pickup location however was not. It was closed when I arrived for pickup, the clerk showed up little while after and informed me that she doesn’t have internet and also the truck I reserved is not available???
