I think the worker could’ve been a little more informed. I hadn’t done this in a long time and didn’t realize I had to wait until my exact pickup window to start. I tried to start early so I could just grab the keys and go once it was my time but we found out that wasn’t possible once I contacted customer service. I don’t rent U-Hauls often but since this is something they deal with every day I feel they should know the process better. However I do appreciate that they tried to help me get a code by directing me to call customer service.
