There was no one there to receive and inspect the truck. It seemed like an old garage, with no English speakers. They handed me a phone and I talked to someone who told me to just leave the keys with the garage guys. I felt very uncomfortable doing that. I did get an email the next day that my drop off was ok.

Franklin BScheduled pick-up time was 12:00, waited until 12:30 before someone showed up. Poorly maintained equipment. Had to grease pivot pin and table, still creaked badly. Tires overinflated to 80psi, rated max pressure was 65psi. Also, due to poor customer service from the El Paso regional office, I had to drive over 120 miles out of my way to pick up the tow dolly. They waited until two days prior to inform me that all three locations near by did not have the equipment, nor did they attempt to have it delivered, or even offer somewhat of a discount in lieu of the added fuel costs to pick up the equipment.

Felipe SNo one at the location spoke English. They weren’t prepared for my arrival. I had to unload the dolly myself. For the price of the rental, I was completely disappointed. The rental cost was so very high, I expected much more.

HEATHER RG and P Tire Center of Las Cruces, NM is a place that I never want to do bussiness with again. The place is filfhy and the so called office area is unsafe to walk in. The 26' truck that I was supposed to take. The catalytic converter was stolen the night before and they hurried up and grabed another truck it was filfhy. I'm not sure it was enen serviced. They didn't have enough furnture pads (28), But charged me for the 48 that I had requested. I was told by G and P Tire Center to get the rest at the U-haul Center Las Curces, NM since I had to go there to pickup the Auto Hauler. U-haul service Center charged me for the 2 doz. that I still needed. By the way I didn't get any Paper work on the 26' Truck G and P Tire Center. On the way to the service center I notice that the fuel gage was below E. I hit the first fuel station. At the U-Haul Center Mark help me out tremendously. First he got the auto hauler checked out. Them I told him what happien at G and P Tire Center. He printed off Paper work for the truck. Then the paper work stated that the truck had a quarter of tank of fuel. Mark said that I should go back and talk to them. All that I can say about G and P tire Center it is not a place that represents U-Haul very well. I know one thing if I ever need to rent a truck and a trailer it better be at the same location.

Thomas SInclude all items requested. We rented a furniture dolly, an appliance dolly, and moving blankets- none of these were in the rental and the location was closed. Not having these items that we paid for made our moving process EXTREMELY difficult.

This was after their business hours and no one was there, I did not want these items, but because the business was closed the Uhaul traffic center person (Albert) told me to take them and use them; so I did. Albert was awesome!

Haley EAsk customers about problems encountered during the rental periods. Most of all, safety conditions such as brakes, steering lights. Upon returning vehicle, such questions were asked. The steering was a little sloppy. The truck steering had a tendency to wander from side to side. Otherwise, the rental went fine. I mentioned this to the rental attendant. He said he was going to report this so the situation will be checked. The truck had over 96,000 miles on the odometer, which sounds within normal wear and tear of driving equipment. I mentioned this so to avoid any liability to the company. I am glad I had the opportunity to use the truck. It helped me move my stuff. Thank you!
