I made a reservation that was changed 1 day before my pick up date. It was changed to a location farther away than what I had reserved. That caused me to use more gas and add more mileage, making it more expensive than it needed to be. There is no point in making a reservation if you can’t get what you reserve.

It’s standing in the middle of a cotton field with not a sole around to help the sign in process. Took at least 30 minutes and the help of a very friendly and capable agent on the phone to finally get the key.
