brian SHad some confusion with the self-service pick-up, but was able to resolve it after 15 minutes. Definitely will recommend the Garner Self Storage location and will be using them in the future. Overall it was a great experience.

Joel HGet pickup location closer to residence. Pickup was 50 miles away for me and there are 7 uhaul dealers closer.

Jeff M1, The front and shook like crazy and the shocks need changed out 2, The dashboard was very loose and unstable 3, The truck needed an alignment was very difficult to drive 4, The truck leaked water and ruined about 10 boxes 5, overall a horrible experience with U-Haul
TODD CSuggest that the online app be improved to allow completion of the after-hours dropoff process in case location services doesn’t work at the dropoff location. Fortunately, the folks at Garner Self Storage were able to pick up our key and close out the rental without any problems the next morning. Greatly appreciated!

BRENDA EThe pick-up was fine and the gentleman who helped me was polite and professional. My issues occurred prior to pick-up and when it was time to return the trailer. I selected an item and location well in advance. Then, within a week of my pick-up, my location was changed twice to increasingly farther locations. This one was about a 25 min drive. When I tried to return the trailer, there was no one there and the doors were locked. It was 3:30 pm and the posted hours stated they were open until 6 pm. I had to unhook and stabilize the trailer myself. It was very heavy (6 x 12). Thank goodness it wasn't my wife trying to drop off. She could not have done it.

Norman EOk so so my daughter in law had made reservations for me to pick up a 26 ft trailer of line a month a head of time I was to pick it up at the Bryans Road Sunoco we checked back a week before picking it up and they told us that they never get that size trailer at that location we called uhaul and they told us we would have go to hyattsville which is an hour away. Long storyl at this point we were very concerned because I was moving to luray va with family coming to help with the move and not knowing if we were even going to get a truck we were than told that we would possibly have to pick up in waldorf or maybe in accokeek but they would let us know on the 24 or 25 for a pick up on the 26 I just don't think this is a good way to run a business to not know if you are even going to get a moving truck on moving day we all moving is stressful enough it should also be convenient for your customers

Matthew Ronline it said i got 299 miles however when i purchased it i was told less and ended up paying for 15 miles extra.... bait and switch...

Kayode PDolly had broken tail light. Wiper blades were bad and couldn't see. Also there is no cruise control. Do u know what it is like to drive 800 miles with no cruise control?
