There are some scratches on the van that were not acknowledged. I have not been able to submit my picture proof. How do I do so?

RUSSELL JOnly issue with this location is that there is no signage at all letting you know it’s a U-Haul rental spot. Had to ask a cashier in the supermarket where to go and they showed me. Otherwise very good.

JAMES WRather than just add the toll amount ($less than $10) to my total bill, U-Haul charges me $30? U-Haul hasn't figured out how to add the toll to the total amount despite this being common among other vehicle rental services? I doubt it; this is predatory. I'm done recommending U-Haul and I'm done using U-Haul. I'm deleting the app and never using U-Haul services again.
Carlos MAll thought this location is close in proximity to my home the customer service is lack luster. At this location the reps wear two caps(an Ideel rep and a Uhal rep) their focus is all over the place. If I’m coming to a Uhal counter I want to feel like I’m dealing with Uhal. Not supermarket drama.

michael wBe sure to give all the proper information upfront when people are ordering/picking up their trunk and don't try and add additionally charges after the fact. I picked up my rental truck and was told I was good to go. Later in the day I received a call from Garrido Food Corp asking me if I parked my car in the parking lot which I did. I was told I had to pay a $15 charge. I don't have a problem paying the parking fee however there were not signs saying payment was required to park in the parking lot. Additionally the person who checked me out did not provide any information about the fee for parking in the lot. The person who checked me out admitted he did not tell me there was a fee to park in the lot because he "assumed I didn't have a car" which is his fault lol. So in short I recommend this place informal people of all charges and fees before hand.

And they had the audacity to mention everywhere to "clean up or else we will charge you". Amazed how U-Haul is still in business
