JEAN BExperience was more than satisfactory but there was no cell service at this location so I could not use the app to self-return the trailer. (i dropped off on the w/e when they were closed) It left me feeling uncomfortable that my rental was not closed but I did email the main contact advising them that I did return the trailer. 2 days later I did get an emailed confirmation receipt for my return. I'd have rather used the app to self-return but this location is out of cell service for me.
Clark CDrop off was fast and convenient using the drop box after sending the photos from the area and truck.

Lawrence MWhen a truck is reserved corporate or other locations should not swap trucks and make sure the truck matches what was reserved with what equipment. Paid for a two wheel box dolly and other location never put it on when they swapped out truck. The folks at the pick up location were great it was a Saturday and had a hard time with the online pick up with uhaul app freezing that one of their employees came in on a Saturday to help me when their business was closed for weekend
Rick DThis is the second time Ive used Uhaul where my truck pick-up was changed to an absurd location far away from where I live/needed to be. I needed to pick-up after hours due to our work schedules and there were no blankets of a dolly in the truck upon picking up, which I had already paid for. To make it even better the truck air bag light was on…safety default on Ford makes that so the air bags are inactive and will NOT go off God forbid I was in an accident. So I had to drive to another location the day of my move, early in the morning, to try and get blankets and a dolly….that I already paid for and did not receive….all for me to have to wait even linger to receive them because the location I was told to pick them up at was not notified I was coming. Of course nobody just gives stuff away so it took a while to confirm. I was hoping to avoid a $300 Penske truck, but now I see the money is well worth it. I tried hoping it wouldn’t be as bad as my last experience, and it was worse. This is probably the first review Ive ever left. And it is well deserved. Adios Uhaul.
David OThe unit had sat are the location for 4+ months. I was a little concerned about it being road worthy.
Daniel JRude and lied about cleaning the truck. Said they had to sweep out some dirt and charged me 112 dollars.
chad sGreat small town mechanic shop for the drop off location. No issues. Truck was clean and no major issues. Brakes were very responsive thankfully, however steering was pretty loose and a little wobbly. Overall experience was thoroughly mediocre. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone, made multiple trips to different uhual locations, employees were courteous and professional but not overly helpful, truck was decent but the squirrelly steering less than ideal, and it seemed bizarre and silly to me that the included mileage wasn’t adequate to make it from the pickup location to drop off location, much less my two houses or any stops for fuel.
Tyler HWe were charged extra mileage when UHaul changed original pick up spot. UHaul needs to take into account the cell service is spotty in some rural areas, so it makes for a frustrating experience when trying to check out online in off hours.
Wayne WI called to make sure the rental was in but no one ever answered the phone. I went to pick it up after lunch and the person wasn't there. I was told the person went out to a doctors appointment. I had to go back later to pick it up. If you are not going to answer the phone so people can check on their rental please have the courtesy to call and arrange a time for pick up.

Anthony MTruck was dirty inside and out, there was a plast i bag stuck in the cup holder and some sort of liquid splashed around the inside of the cab. We could not see out the side windows they were so dirty. Also, location did not have the moving pads or the cart we reserved. The attendant at this location also changed our drop off location to a site about 45 minutes from our destination. We had to call to get this changed upon our arrival in St. Louis.
Martin DWhen I picked up the vehicle the gas was near empty and my tow trailer had a broken strap I was given $15.75 credit for the empty gas tank which I had to put $100 in gas before I could start my move then I was given a $40 credit for the broken strap which I ended up calling and getting help with. I feel like it was very unfair that I had to put in $100 for gas when the truck should of been filled up and ready to use and only received a $15.75 credit
