We were charged extra mileage when UHaul changed original pick up spot. UHaul needs to take into account the cell service is spotty in some rural areas, so it makes for a frustrating experience when trying to check out online in off hours.Wayne W.

I called to make sure the rental was in but no one ever answered the phone. I went to pick it up after lunch and the person wasn't there. I was told the person went out to a doctors appointment. I had to go back later to pick it up. If you are not going to answer the phone so people can check on their rental please have the courtesy to call and arrange a time for pick up.Ralph Chadwick Y.

Truck was dirty inside and out, there was a plast i bag stuck in the cup holder and some sort of liquid splashed around the inside of the cab. We could not see out the side windows they were so dirty. Also, location did not have the moving pads or the cart we reserved. The attendant at this location also changed our drop off location to a site about 45 minutes from our destination. We had to call to get this changed upon our arrival in St. Louis.Martin D.
When I picked up the vehicle the gas was near empty and my tow trailer had a broken strap I was given $15.75 credit for the empty gas tank which I had to put $100 in gas before I could start my move then I was given a $40 credit for the broken strap which I ended up calling and getting help with. I feel like it was very unfair that I had to put in $100 for gas when the truck should of been filled up and ready to use and only received a $15.75 creditKimberly D.
