Truck was flithy!!! They didn't have the dolly we requested. Closest facility with an appliance dolly was over an hour away. The guy had no clue about anything he was supposed to do. It was ridiculous. Had to call the 800 number to get things figured out.Christopher P.

I picked up the uhaul in oakaville Illinois and it took over an hour to get it picked up. I was unable to get a truck in my town and the only available was in oakaville which was 35 mins away. The price was so excessive as it's advertised as 19.99 plus mileage and I was charged $122 for the uhaul I got. I was told I could only drive it 39 miles and from the pickup location to my house to load it was 37 miles. The truck I was given was so small I had to make 4-5 trips from my old house to my new house. I told the woman working I had an entire furnished home to move. My over all experience with uhaul was not anything I'd ever do again.Josi O.

We picked up the truck we used Friday afternoon and dropped it off Saturday ~ 2:00 PM, Gary's Tire closed at noon on Saturday. Since we do not have a smartphone and the internet service was not available in our new home then, we called U-haul and told the gentleman we had returned the truck. He sounded unsure as to what he was supposed to do with that information and said he would leave a note. When my wife called Monday U-haul had no record of our call and the truck had not been placed back in service by Gary's Tire yet. This was not a problem for us, but may be an process improvement opportunity for U-haul since that truck was available for 48 hours before it showed as available in your system. All was good on our end and the assistance we received from Kim and Patti was excellent! Thanks for your help with our move!
