The location was fine. The process to reserve was annoying and ridiculous. Could not finalize a reservation online nor could finalize a reservation on the phone. Had to wait for an “assignment” the next day. Then the assignment was TWENTY miles from my home when the location across the street from me had item I needed. Some sort of scam. Had to call AGAIN to get reassigned. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Trailer was NOT available at the original pickup location. I had to drive 40 miles to the new pickup location. Very inconvenient. The hook up agent indicated the trailer lights were working.

Donald WI couldn’t access the lot to drop off the truck. The gate was locked. I had to park it outside the gate, and walk the key through the fence and up to the front door to drop it in the “drop box.” You would think that a place that has after hours drop off, would… idk, allow you access to the lot after hours.
