I had problem with uhaul reservations. I would ger a confirmed location and then. I would get an email telling me that the confirmed location did not have the size truck I wanted and then I would get another location that would be a problem. This happened to me twice and it took me over 3wks to finally move without me having to cancel.Eorma S.

I had to drive an hour to pick up a uhaul which was inconvenience for me and my family. I spoke with the customer rep and asked for a 26â€ and he went over what I wanted and he put in the system I wanted a 15â€ which cause me to drive an hour away when I could have picked up a uhaul in my hometownEtosha J.
UHaul emailed me a pick up location in Robinsonville, as requested, however this location did not have the trailer we needed and were unwilling to locate a trailer. I had to call another location who located the trailer we needed in Tunica, MS, 15 miles out of our way. This reservation was made 26 days before the move, online. NEVER AGAIN, will I do an online reservation, waste of time, as NOTHING was how I had requested.julie D.

I rented a 5'x8' trailer. The door on the trailer is 4' wide. I have a design in mind that would improve the door opening and make loading much easier. I hovered hell loading the trailer through the 4' door.richard V.
Reached location right before closing, and young man told us he was getting ready to close and to "self-drop it and do it online". So, we tried this and online was having technical difficulties. Called Uhaul 3 times Saturday night, 21Jul2018, and waited on the phone more than 20 minutes each time with no answer from customer service. Chatted with someone named "Nancy" who told us she would make a note and "to leave equipment and call Uhaul tomorrow." We called several times on Sunday, 22Jul2018, to both drop location and Uhaul customer service with no answer from either. Called drop location today, and was told "system is down and I will call you back", but confirmed that trailer was at his location. Finally reached someone at Uhaul customer service on 23Jul2018 after 3 calls and wait time, totaling 48 minutes..... this is ridiculous! We rented Uhaul truck in May and had a horrible experience with junk equipment! Now, a horrible experience 2 months later with contacting customer service.KEISHA H.

At first I was told I could not drop off vehicle because the person was not there. Then I was told he was there. The office was cluttered and not up to what I would expect of U-Haul I was charged an extra day for being one hour over the stated time. I requested the vehicle for April 7 but had to pick it up the afternoon of April 6 because of the businesses hours. I should not have been penalized because of this.Danny S.

toke to long to leave with the truck i had to to go to fear to get the truck they computer was messing up i got there at 2 didn't leave until after 4 i thank i need some of my money back for all the mess i went thought with uhaul i been get a uhaul every year and this the first time i ever been thought what i did yesterdaylee R.
The card reader was not working and it took nearly an hour to get everything done. It was in a backroom of a gas station and wasn't very organized. It was understaffed and I think that made the most difference. I wouldn't pick up from this location again.Mathew J.
They did not hold my reservation. When I arrived to pick it up it was not there. I had hired workers waiting on me. I lost approximately three hours of hired labor/ help loading. They eventually got the truck back for me but I had to wait on it three hours.Jay T.

Have the clerk to explain more about the routing amount and the way it works because I ended up spend $200. which is totally ridiculous....i didn't understand where my money went to $200.seriously I thought was gonna get something back even when the sign said save $25. If u fold the covers and sweep the truck out...bad communication bad salesman then mileage was off from the printout I had a picture of the mileage but had accidentally deleted the picture so I ha6no proof I charged it to myself but it won't be another time they get mebeatrice S.

The dealer's computer was down & just handed me the phone for me to provide my AMEX # to "someone" that had not even identified his role --- later, after 3 requests, it was thought to be someone in the regional Uhaul office. After my further questioning, they explained the contract would be emailed to me, since the dealer was unable to receive a hard copy. Also, the Right Rear tire had NO TREAD - totally slick.David H.

in a hurry when I dropped off u-haul no one there to help me 11:30am on a week day. Plus they robbed me for 52 dollars I put 95 dollars in gas in a 20 ft truck and only drove 350 miles. They said tank was below 1/4 but it was barely below a 1/2. They parked on a slope so it would read low. had to leave and trust they would do me right when who ever takes care of the uhauls made it to work. I thought they would be honest but I was wrong. I wouldn't want these people associated with any business I owned. They lost my business and my companies business for you. Need to inspect your locations place was dirty and hard to find and the people are crooks. Never had a worse experience in my lifeKELLY T.

i reserved trailer and received e-mail notification it was ready but in a town 45 minutes away from my local store. I showed up and only person who could do paperwork on rental had left and no one else on site could rent trailer. After an hour waiting on the person to get back I called u-haul and a Leslie in customer service took care of me over the pohone. Leslie from U-haul was great but I will never use this pickup location agian.JON C.

not much you can do about the location, but why couldn't i pick up the truck at the obviously more popular (far safer) Davis St location I originally selected from your choices? also there was a ginormous odometer error on the printed contract, Mi. Out says 55668.0 but actual was 55767.0; gas says 1/4 full but actual was 1/8. they fixed it or made sure it was fixed or whatever when i called in screaming fix this!! (sorry 7 amigos store guy!) but wow, ugly surprise. i hope it was just a mistake but it sure felt like a ripoff attempt. In my garden of eden i'd be steered to witness and initial the odometer reading, etc, but none of that this time. my bad for not paying better attention, needed coffee, all that. anyway they fixed it and i'm okay with the whole deal, thanks. oh, you might want to check the ball joints? i felt it was wandering, and worse when loaded (all weight forward, too!). maybe just me but i've seen it before.KEITH P.

The pick-up location was not open when I arrived on schedule. It opened 25 minutes later than the set pick-up time (8:25am; was supposed to pick-up at 8). Upon opening, the customer service was friendly, but relatively slow with only 1 person there to facilitate rentals and now a queue of anxious customers who had been waiting. Additionally, I had reserved some equipment (furniture mats) that was not available at the location. As a result, we then had to travel to a nearby location to pick up the rest of the order which took an additional 15-20 minutes and added ~10 miles to the trip. This was very poor planning and inexcusable to not be open at the scheduled time.Paul C.
