JAMESTIMOTHY CReservation process was a nightmare!!! Had made a reservation that was changed without my notification. I had to go to 3 different locations before I finally picked up my truck. I will NOT use U-Haul again. Pick up and drop off locations were great but the online reservation process ended up being a nightmare for me.

Jamie RI have verizon as my phone carrier, and they are the main provider in the region. I had barely any service to complete the drop-off steps. Took me around 20 minutes after having to restart the process multiple times. Little frustrating
Brandon JI was charged for gas in my uhaul when I had stopped and put gas in it before I dropped it oFF, OVER what I was supposed to put in it. Then they didn’t even ask, waiting until I left and charged my credit card! It was $17 more dollars when I had just put $20 in it !

James PI would not recommend Damascus Uhaul, since that’s where we originally ordered from but he was in the hospital and no one notified us. So we had to scramble to chilhowie to get the truck, which then lead to more mileage we had to pay for. The man at chilhowie was very nice and helpful so we appreciated that but did tell us that this was not the first time the man in Damascus was in the hospital.
