BRUCE LThe truck definitely needed an alignment and felt/sound like the automatic transmission needed attention. Fine for local move, but wouldn't want that truck for a cross country move.

Leonard LImprove costumer service not specifically this location but when I called the website customer service nobody was helpful explaining how the drop off worked. We wanted to drop off at 7:15pm (location closed at 7pm) and we were not sure how to drop off at another location that was open or if there was a possibility to drop off at the original location even though it was closed. We had to call customer service 6 times and it took us two hours to complete the drop off. It seemed like nobody wanted to help.

Elizabete DRatcheting mechansim on car hauler was seized when i went to unload. Took over an hour in the dark trying to fix. Had to call for someone to assist. Want a partial refund.
