Was probably the worst experience I have ever had. The truck was dirty, smoked in and had zero gas Dominic your uhaul rep said it was stiffened and his uhaul contact I think Jeremy is his name was going to put the gas meter at 'zero' on our booking so we would get reimbursed for the gas put in since we had to put gas into it. When I booked online it was a different amount totaling about $150 but spiked up to $225. He said we had to keep it until the 2nd. We got charged for the extra day we didn't want. Paid for the gas since it was stiffened, did Not get reimbursed, the uhaul rep didn't update anything that he said he would do. They had no idea where I could return the uhaul because they didn't have access to online orders, said I had to call to find out or just drop it off at either locations in strathmore.

Pick up location was not ideal. Drove 4 hours round trip to pick up the trailer. Service rep in Calgary was not easy to deal with. Equipment storage ar Carseland was poorly organized. Had to unhook U- Haul truck from trailer & move it to get access to the trailer. Then hook up to trailer, move it & replace Ux Haul truck back in original location

The staff at the store were new and had just started training. However, the area manager was most helpful in me onbtaining my truck for my move.

I used to the uhaul for maybe 6 hours, a 6 hour rental shouldn't cost $150. That's absurd. More mileage needs to be included in rentals when we in Canada go by kms. I'm a single mom of 2 kids, uhaul says its affordable, that's not affordable

The drop off location was almost one hours far away from my house and I had to pay extra for gas to get there.

Ankur was very polite and helpful. We checked the truck over together, then he asked me quite a few questions (required) and made note of the dirty oil & a small problem with the gauges, so it could be checked out. Very happy with the drop off location. UHaul needs to recognize him for customer service.
