Store did not have a furniture dolly I ordered

I am not an experienced trailer person and I relied on the person at the location to know how to hook up the trailer to my truck. After pulling it for 200 miles. I found out that he didn't hook up the emergency brake. Since Uhaul is a "do it yourself " promoting company, they should have people who know their products and can set it up correctly.

Need more familiarity with the computer system. Need one page paper contract confirmations. Not everyone has ability or skill for phone. Hard to read, understand, keep a copy... shut me out of confirming vehicle condition.
