I ordered blankets and a dolly and never got them but I was still charged. They also charged me for gas when I brought it back with more gas than it started with.

Be more professional and clear. I reserved a haul for $40 and ended up paying over $120. Nothing was explained to me, no reasoning was given that it could even get that expensive. Never again.
