Representative charges you before consulting or attempting to call you. I got charged $54.77 before I even brought the vehicle back. I was over charged $189.36 in total. My contract says $158.50 when I brought it back.

The help I got was amazing. Best U-Haul customer service I have had. The U-Haul I rented was in rough shape and I couldn’t even get the gate on it up for fear I wouldn’t be able to get it back down.

This guy deserves an award. When I first drove up, he came outside and I told him that I was supposed to drop it off at another location but they were closed. He said, " no problem, I'll take care of it". From there, we spoke a little about how long he been at this location. He's going on 50 years with Uhaul and he loves his job. He said, "Time Flies when you love what you do".
