I rented a open trailer w/ramp on Fri. Aug.15
& returned it the same day. I forgot to remove my hand truck. I called & went back to pick it up & the handtruck disappeared. Very negative experience. Disappointed!

I already recommended them to my daughter. They're right down the road from her house. The gentleman that works there was so helpful and friendly. They are a tire shop, so I will definitely be using their services for that as well.

The truck was dirty, with several pizza boxes. They charge a cleaning fee, but it doesn't seem they have used it before I rented it.

Worst experience ever from start to finish! Dark location, absolutely no lighting. The check in time was incorrect, I called 6:45pm est and they had me picking up at 6:20pm est. how does that make sense?

Easy in and out, U-Haul attempted to make us drive into business area for our rental, drove to the location verifying availability, then had to call twice to get our reservation changed back to the original location, please do no move people for U-Haul convenience, picking up at my convenience is the reason why we used U-Haul

Gator Lake Auto Service is a great place to pick up any of the rental equipment that U-Haul has. The owner also has tires available and can fix a flat tire very quickly at a resonable cost.

Throughout my querries and interactions with Joe, he has convinced me that U-Haul was the best alternative for a move.
Customers may not notice the difference between U-Haul and other's, your trucks are lower in high and better, easier to handle loading and unloading. I am so happy with the customer service I received at starting point to the return that I will once again be using U-Haul from gâter next week.
