First, I would like to say U-Haul is very good. Second Gavro freight international is not good. First, they would not answer the door second he spelt my name wrong on the contract put my car wrong and the delivery location was wrong. I’m not very happy with the service from Gavro international although the trailer was very good. Everything went well thank you you all you must get a new location they just don’t care .

The location was supposed to open at 9am. I arrived at 8:55am. I waited 20 minutes and nobody had arrived. I called the head office and they were surprised nobody was there. They called and he forgot I was coming. I waited 55 minutes for him to arrive. It was an awful experience and I’m very disappointed in it. The survey asked if I’d recommend this location, and the answer is an easy “no”.
