Returned my U-Haul to this location and was immediately confused by the lack of clear instructions. There is a “Drop Box” sign with an arrow pointing to the ground—no actual drop box in sight. Another customer was there trying to return their vehicle and was equally confused. After contacting U-Haul customer service, we were advised to secure the keys in the trailer using the provided travel lock and PIN, which we did. The next day, the location called asking where the keys were—I explained they were locked in the trailer (unit #AV3214L), as advised. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes, the employee came back simply saying, “Thanks, have a great day.” I woke up the next day to a $125 lock-cutting fee from Tonisha Duchane (Field Manager), who has ignored all follow-up attempts through both direct calls and customer service. They never even asked for the PIN code before cutting the lock. This location feels like a scam—no clear signage, no accountability, and no professionalism. I’m extremely disappointed and will be advising friends and family to avoid not just this site, but possibly U-Haul altogether based on this experience.

Make the locks less complicated. I'm sure the reps don't want to get all those calls saying they can't get the lock off.

Checking out required customer service as there is no one on site to help. You don't know that equipment is not available until you get there. I'm gladI cancelled the hand truck but I ordered the furniture blankets. None of it was available.

I would never in my live recommend this location to pick up a UHAUL!!! The keys are located in the front of the building while the truck is in the back of the building. My experience of renting this UHAUL through to app was HORRIBLE!!!

More communication as where to locate the truck and the keys. arrived at the front of building and had no clue where to look for the truck and if I should try to open the lockbox and look for the keys.
