Drug use by homeless people all around. Sketchy area.
Gwen MIt was just an empty lot with no helpers. I had to download an app it took me 40 minuto get my uhaul. They send you a code and the lock Some of the letters were wore off. It was a horrible experience.
CYNTHIA DI used mobile pick to avoid contact and the store owner had the key so I never actually used the code to get into the lockbox. There was a weird conversation which was unnecessary and took extra time for him to sweep the van it was just an awkward situation which is sad because I’ve used uhaul for over 10 years now
Marshea MMake sure equipment needed is actually in truck, never received the dolly but got charged for it for 2 days.

Ralph BCheck in did not work on the app. The lockbox was on the side of the building and there was a person sleeping directly underneath it with drug paraphernalia around. Super sketchy and unsafe.
BETHANNE WIt's very hard to understand phone app to get truck keys by myself. Also I don't like and don't want to do "before and after" pictures. It's hard and time consuming. I wasted 1 hour on uhaul parking because of it, please reimburse me, and my loading crew waiting time.

tonya wThe rental location was not the one that we selected as our preferred location. They changed it when they called to confirm pick up and equipment because they didn’t have a 20ft truck available. So instead of driving 5 min we had to drive 20 with traffic to pick up our truck from a parking lot with an abandoned building with homeless huddled by our truck and laid out next to the key lock box. Do not use this pick up location and definitely don’t use it alone

Kim ZOur regular U-Haul place didn't have the truck we needed so customer service called and asked if they could switch to this location. What they didn't mention was that is was a mobile pick up. You should communicate that to customers ahead of time as this isn't in a great part of town. I would have been better prepared with my license, stayed in the car for check in, made sure my location services was on, etc. I was going to take an uber but since it was so early at the last minute I had someone drive me, which thank goodness as I wouldn't necessarily have felt safe standing there doing the mobile check in by myself. Just a little feedback :)

OBEDSURAEZBONILL BWith anything in life there's always room for improvement ; but the few times over the years I've used Uhaul, my experiences have been Above Par... Geez location is Awesome!💯 He made the rental process quick and efficient. He was very candid about all fees and rules, was very kind and answered all my questions. I would Rent from Geez Location AGAIN if I needed to and I will also refer family and friends to rent a Uhaul Truck from this South Phoenix Store. Thanks Uhaul and Geez for helping to make my move that much less stressful. 👍🏾💯

Sandra LThis place is just a retailer, with some Tow dolly, no trucks, and no supplies like wires for connections for the towing of the lights, I had to go to AutoZone to buy a connection to my RV wiring so it would work with U Haul wires. Not to convenient to drive somewhere else to get what I needed, especially when you are from another State. The customer service at this place is very nice, at least I can say they did assist me with what I needed. Thanks

Tanya RThere was nowhere to leave the furniture dolly and other rented equipment. Or, if there was a place to leave it then it was not made clear. I walked around the building and looked everywhere but didn't know where to leave it except in the (unlocked) back of the rental truck.
